Joshua has over 16 years of healthcare experience including dental, disease management & health improvement initiatives, vision, and audiology services.As CEO, Joshua will focus on innovative approaches to providing dental care to workplaces and community outreach programs. It is Joshua’s goal to assist the high quality and caring dentists of Ireland by providing back-office support and management services.By leveraging on vast experience in healthcare nationwide in the USA, working closely with Onsite Dental’s Advisory Board, our clinical partners, and the Board of Directors, Joshua hopes to improve both the oral and overall health of our valued patients.
|Chief Strategy Officer & Chairman of the Board
Jesper Wendt is an early investor in Onsite Service and serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Strategy Officer. He has solid energy and oil refinery strategy experience achieved through continuous career development in a world leading catalyst and engineering company before moving into healthcare. International outlook and global mindset gained through living and working in China, India, USA and Denmark as well as serving worldwide clients. Jesper’s main focus is on developing the strategic direction for Onsite Service, partner and investor relations, ensuring critical control metrics and hands on execution of selected initiatives. Chemical Engineering and MBA degrees.
|Chief Operating Officer & Board Member
Mark T Ryan is the Chief Operating Officer of Onsite Dental, drawing on 16 years of experience in high-tech & service organizations in California and in Dublin, Ireland. Formally trained as a computer scientist, Mark spent 5 years working in Silicon Valley applying new technologies to transform traditional business models. Transitioning to the services sector in 2003, he later served as the Managing Director of a Dublin-based interiors company.Mark’s knowledge of the local marketplace and his experience in building procedural business systems is helping Onsite Dental to deliver a world-class service to Irish workplaces. His SME background together with an ability to foster successful relationships thoroughly prepares him to lead the Onsite team in the company’s day-to-day affairs. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science from Dublin City University and a post-graduate diploma in Management from Dublin Institute of Technology.
|VP of Practice Management
Dr Alma Creaven joined the Onsite Service team in Feb 2015. Having graduated with honours in the BDS (Bachelor Dental Surgery) degree from UCC. Alma travelled to Perth, Australia where she spent 3 years working in private practice treating people from young to old.
|Director of Marketing & Client Relations
Sarah Lawler is Onsite Service’s Director of Marketing & Client relations. Having begun her career as a dental nurse she has a clinical back round, qualifying with a distinction from Trinity College Dublin.
After managing a busy cosmetic practice, she was promoted to a Marketing & Brand manager for a large national dental company. In this role she has gained a wealth of knowledge in event management, running national advertising campaigns, co-ordinating and recruiting brand ambassadors and successfully running all social media channels.
|Business Development Manager
Fiona Cummins is the Business Development Manager of Onsite Service. Fiona has recently joined the Onsite team. Fiona transitioned from the Aviation Industry where she has worked for the last 20 years. The aviation background has provided Fiona with a high standard of customer service, sales and training skills. As Business Development Manager Fiona will use her experience and strive to ensure that her valued clients and partners will receive quality and convenient dental care and services for their workplace. Having graduated from Waterford Institute of Technology with an Ord. Degree in Business Studies, Fiona has also acquired an ITEC/ CIBTAC Beautician diploma and has a keen interest in health and beauty.
|Client Relations Manager
Jennifer has over 7 years’ experience with Onsite Health, Inc. in California & the western States applying operational excellence to workplace health and military project management. Transitioning to the Onsite Service in 2015, she will continue to bring with her client relations experiences from the US to enhance relationships and communication across the EMEA Region. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Chico and currently pursuing a post-graduate diploma in Business Management and Project Management Professional from Keller University, School of Management.
|Logistics & Asset Manager
Stephen Porter joined the Onsite team in April 2014. With a background in engineering and many years’ experience as a dental nurse in private practice, he has assisted in developing Onsite’s clinical asset management, IT systems, and logistical support. Never afraid to get stuck into the thick of it, Stephen likes a new challenge while encouraging an acute emphasis on a team-based environment.
|Central Practice Manager
Sinead Watters is Onsite Service’s Practice Manager, Sinead Joined the team in January 2015. Having worked in specialist and general dental practices for the past 11 years. Sinead assists patients to coordinate complex treatment plans, liaising between Clinician and Patient if there are any queries.
She assists the clinical and administrative team in the day to day running of onsite services.
Sinead worked with the UK team as part of a promotional tour during this time she completed additional training with Invisalign.
